• You only need this file if you're having difficulty using Web Update Tips from within WinSTIPS. If you can update your tips using Web Update Tips, then that's the way to do it. That way WinSTIPS handles the whole process for you.

Installing the Philips ECG Module for WinSTIPS

• Download the WinSTIPS Compatible ECG Cross Reference database. It's one file named ecg2000.exe
• Double click the file to extract the data, and extract the file to your WinSTIPS install folder.
• Start WinSTIPS
• Press CONTROL + E from anywhere in WinSTIPS to search the ECG cross reference data.

Installing the SAMS Photofact Module for WinSTIPS

• Download the WinSTIPS compatible SAMS Photofact Index. It's one file named SAMSINDX.ZIP
• Use WinZIP or another utility to unzip the file to your WinSTIPS install folder.
• Start WinSTIPS
• Choose Modules | Photofact Index from the WinSTIPS main menu to use the index.

Note: Beginning with WinSTIPS 2.0 Build 55, you can more easily download the latest Photofact Index by clicking Tools | Update from the main WinSTIPS menu and then clicking the Photofact Update button.

When prompted, choose to SAVE the selected file to your hard drive in an empty folder.
